Return Policy

All items are final sale unless otherwise stated.

We do not offer refunds or returns.

In-store purchases are final sale and not eligible for exchanges. All items are available for try-on prior to purchase to ensure the best fit and satisfaction.

🔄 Exchanges

We accept exchanges only within 7 days of purchase on eligible items.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of purchase

  • Belts
  • Purses
  • Accesories
  • Sale Items

📦 Exchange Options

Exchanges are only offered for the same item in a different size (if available).

If the requested size is not available:

  • The exchange may be issued as store credit, only issued for the item value only (shipping fees are not refundable)
  • Items purchased using store credit are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return

  • Items are eligible for one-time exchange only.

🚚 Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (return + reshipment)

  • Item must be shipped back within (5 days) after the exchange request was made.
  • Tracking must be provided
  • Exchanges are not confirmed until item is received and inspected


Time Frame Policy

We do not hold items.

If the item is not shipped back within the required timeframe or tracking is not provided:

  • The exchange will be canceled
  • The item will be considered final sale


We reserve the right to deny any exchange that does not meet these requirements.
