Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of a high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier issues, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you received your order damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a description and photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
